We Take Every Concern Seriously
If something has not gone the way it should — about your child's learning, safety, fees, staff conduct, or anything else concerning the school — please tell us. Every complaint reaches the school office directly and is looked into with care and in confidence. You do not need to be certain something is wrong to raise it; a concern shared early is easier to put right.
