DeMatha English Medium School is a CBSE-affiliated, co-educational English-medium institution in Tulsibari, Rangia, Assam. Managed by the Muktidhan Trust under the O.SS.T. Trinitarian Priests and inaugurated on February 14, 2019, the school was founded to address the pressing educational needs of rural Assam — a region where quality schooling has historically been out of reach.

Dear Parents, Students, and Friends of DeMatha — it is with deep gratitude and genuine joy that I welcome you to DeMatha English Medium School. When the Muktidhan Trust and our Trinitarian family established this school on February 14, 2019, in Tulsibari, Rangia, we made a solemn promise to the children and families of this community: that they would receive a quality education grounded in excellence, faith, and the deep conviction that every human being deserves to flourish. This promise is one we renew every single day — in every classroom, in every interaction between a teacher and a student, and in every decision we make as an institution.

Rev. Dr. Binoj Mathew O.SS.T. is the Principal of DeMatha English Medium School. With a doctoral qualification and deep pastoral experience, he leads the school's academic vision — championing excellence, moral formation, and the liberation of every child through education.

Fr. Done Prakash O.SS.T. serves as Vice Principal of DeMatha English Medium School. Holding an M.A. and currently pursuing B.Ed. and BLIS, he brings 2 years of dedicated experience to supporting students' learning and fostering a vibrant reading culture.

DeMatha offers a comprehensive educational pathway from Pre-Primary through Middle School. Our play-based Pre-Primary programme (LKG–UKG) builds foundational literacy and numeracy, Primary years (Class I–V) develop subject knowledge and fluency, and Middle School (Class VI–VIII) deepens expertise to prepare students for higher studies.
